Diminished Triads are equal interval triads where the notes are all a minor 3rd apart (1 - b3 - b5).  Add the note a minor 3rd above that (it's actually note 6 but in this context it is called a bb7 or DIMINISHED 7th) and you get a Full Diminished 7th chord.  These forms are all MOVABLE FORMS that can be moved up and down the fretboard to play in all 12 keys.  There might be several "sub shapes" within each form.  If you're unclear about how the color coding works on these charts, visit www.guitar-instruction-free-lessons-online.com/guitar-chords .  If you need more information about the music theory aspects of this and all other chords, check out Scotty's video home study program at http://www.absolutelyunderstandguitar.com/ .
